Considering the ongoing situation and guidelines by the government, we are taking the utmost precautions to avoid any pandemic at our campsite.

Our staff follows strict rules & guidelines laid down by the Government and the WHO.

Our aim is to offer a safe, pleasant and memorable holiday to all our patrons.

*Common areas and staff Hygiene:*

· Regular Sanitization of common areas

· Guest & Staff Temperature check and oxy meter check

· Staff Training on Hygiene Etiquette

· Safe Kitchen Practices

*Tents:* 

· Inside Out Disinfection of Tents after every use.

· Every tent will be sanitized after every use

· All camping equipment like Sleeping Bags, Mats, Pillows are / will be washed and disinfected after every use and used only once a week.

*Toilets:*

· Toilets Equipped with complete sanitization products

· Toilets disinfected every hour

· Masks on Demand

Along with all the precautions, we urge each and everyone to download Arogyasetu app so that all the campers and our staff are safe.

*Cancellation Policy:*

5 days or more prior – 100% of the ticket price to be refunded

2 - 4 days prior - 50% of the ticket price to be refunded

Less than 2 days prior - No refund

*Terms & Conditions :*

· This is strictly a socially distanced and limited capacity event

· Masks are mandatory when not seated

· Please maintain social distancing & sanitization protocols at all times

· Our Policy on drugs: No drugs are allowed at the campsite. If you are seen handling, consuming or under the influence of any illegal substances, we have the right to deny you entry and ask you to leave the premises. Any monies given to us will be forfeit.

· Campers will be responsible for any damage done to campsite property.

· Keep the campsite premises clean, neat and hygienic.

· Take care of your valuables (phones, cameras, laptops etc)

· The campsite doesn`t take responsibility for loss of any items.
