XBooks is a community of non-fiction book readers that organizes events in Delhi every second and last Saturday of each month. This is a group for those interested in nonfiction books, including genres like history, science, psychology, philosophy, self-help, humor, and more. Occasional fiction books are also welcome.

What happens in the event?

It has the following sessions:

Session 1: Introduction/Ice-Breaking

You introduce yourself and get to know everyone else.

Session 2: Book Reading

Recommend a book that you’re currently reading or the one you like the most, and share your perspective about it.

Session 3: General Discussion

Let's talk about all things books. Share your love for them, your favorites, the authors you're into, where you purchase them, and more.

Session 4: Book Exchange/Networking

Enjoy a casual round of networking and conversations. Maybe you'll discover an excellent book to swap.

Our Mission:

We have a strong interest in non-fiction and are naturally drawn to it. Book clubs are scarce, and book clubs for non-fiction are even rarer. We want to create the biggest non-fiction book community in India, with physical events happening in real life, rather than just being another Facebook group. In the process, we want to push curious minds to read books as their primary source of knowledge. As it is still the best medium for learning compared to YouTube or internet blogs. We aspire to become the go-to resource for those who want to start reading books to become smart.
