This workshop is called “Nurture Your Mind & Body” and that is exactly what we will do for an hour and forty five minutes, this coming Saturday morning! Arunima Sharma, our amazing yogini will take us through a 45 minute Vinyasa Flow yoga sequence, followed by Krithika Gopinath, who will give us more insight about each of our body metabolism types, so we can sustain a healthy and fit lifestyle! We guarantee that you will come out of this session feeling rejuvenated, energized and ready to take on the world!!

Takeaways
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Session (45 minutes):
- Guided vinyasa flow yoga along with Pranayama (breathing techniques).
- The movements will be a combination of an overall body practice, as well as focusing on the circulating energy throughout the body.
- This will help us develop a strong mind-body connection and improve both our mental and physical wellbeing!
Nutrition Session (30 mins + 10 mins for Q&A):

About Arunima Sharma
Arunima is an ashtanga yoga instructor with a certification of 500 hours, and has more than 5 years of teaching experience. She has worked across India and trained under some renowned names to learn how to deal with ailments like multiple sclerosis, slip disk, hernia, sciatica, weight loss and depression anxiety to name a few. She has worked with brands like Zivame and Red FM to spread awareness of yoga and mental health.
About Krithika Gopinath
Krithika Gopinath is a Counsellor & Founder of Latibule Wellness (Bangalore). She has a Master’s in Behaviour Psychology and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. She is extremely compassionate and known for her passion and natural ability to smoothly help guide people through various challenges in their respective lives. Krithika is a big believer in managing Stress & Anxiety without the use of conventional medication as far as possible. She is also a certified Yoga teacher and uses many practices from Yoga & Ayurveda amongst others with her clients navigating them towards a healthy and holistic lifestyle.
**Remember that we become what we think, eat, and practice! Knowing more about our bodies and our minds gives us a chance to care for ourselves better, so we can pursue our big beautiful goals in life (whether work or otherwise)!
