TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.     Once sold, tickets cannot be refunded.

2.     Age Limit to enter and buy a ticket: 21 years and above.

3.     Govt. approved ID proof for age identification is mandatory for entry.

4.     A couple would be defined as 1Man + 1Woman.

5.     Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled.

6.     No duplicate tickets would be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.

7.     This is a wrist-band access event. In case wrist-bands are taken off a replacement wrist-band will not be issued.

8.     Wrist-bands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.

9.     No re-entry is permitted for the entire period of the event. Wrist-bands will be cut by the security team in case a customer wishes to exit the venue during the period of the event.

10.  Items in food & drinks packages subject to availability.

11.  The right to admission to the event is reserved by the event venue which may health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion and may from time to time carry out security searches.

12.  The sponsors/performers/organisers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.

13.  No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from the venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour (including smoking in non-smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

14.  Radio Bar does not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.

15.  Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

16.  No outside food and beverages are allowed inside the venue.

17.  No seating guaranteed on this pass.

18.  The consumption of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

19.  This event is subject to force majeure conditions.

20.  Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive.

21.  This ticket has to be produced at the time of entry.

22.  Valet service won’t be available for the day.

23.  Change of artist may happen without any prior notice.

24.  Legal alcohol consumption age is 21 years and above.

25.  Price is inclusive of all taxes.
