Day 1:

• 4:30 pm: Reach campsite on your own travel or our bus.
• 5:00 - 6:00 pm: Unlimited Evening snacks and hot tea will be served once you freshen up. 
• 7:30- 8:30 pm: Enjoy Unlimited Veg or Non-Veg Starters
• 9:00 pm : Hit the dance floor
• 10:00 - 11:30 pm : Unlimited Veg/ Non- veg Dinner
• New years eve celebration with fireworks
• 1:00 pm : Live music

Day 2:

• 6:30 am: Hangover wake-up call
• 7:00 am: Awesome sunrise view with tea and breakfast
• 10:00 pm: Leave the campsite for respective cities
• 05:00 pm: Reach Mumbai / Pune

How to reach the campsite

1.  Reach Kalyan station and take a jeep @6000rs for 12 people max 
2.  Post registration, we will send you the GPS location of the campsite. Drive directly to the campsite.
3.  Home pickup and drop @8000/- for 8 people max with return journey

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% amount to be paid in advance to book the trip.
• If the booking is canceled 10 days or before the event date then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• No refund if cancelled 9 days prior to the event.
• No show = No refund. 

TREKHIEVERS POLICIES :

• Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
• Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on same event.
• Complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants
• Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule incase
• Organizers hold the rights to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
• We strictly follow no alcohol, no drugs and no litter policy.
