Highlights of the Walk

The Old Fort is a delight to the guest who wishes to immerse into the understanding the chapters from ancient, medieval and modern of Indian history. This specially crafted experience for India Craft Week entails a walk through the serene, scenic and soothing landscape of a medieval set-up in Delhi. This experience then encapsulates stories, history and a relaxing walk through the myriad of architectural spaces that speak of two distinct genres of craftsmanship under the Mughal reign and the Sur power. The stories of Old Fort range from folklore to myth to excavated facets of this site. The surroundings of the Old Fort beckons the long-lost citadel of power with overarching gateways and the last straw of modernity coming its way during the British period.

       • It will be requested from all the participants to abide by the rules and regulations of  the place/monument where the walk is being conducted

       • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth

       • Hand hygiene to be maintained at all times
