Savour the feast of the festivities & rich culinary delicacies served on a traditional banana leaf that includes dishes from Puli-inji, Pineapple Pachadi, Avial to Toran, Olan, Kalan to mouth-watering Ada pradhaman, pal payasam, and boli. The restaurant will be serving hot Appams, Kozhi Kurmalagu Ittachu and many other exciting dishes right away prepared at the live stations. The hotel service ambassadors will ensure you have the most immersive and authentic Kerala dining experience.

The hotel is strictly following the covid guidelines in line with Hilton CleanStay procedures that are also applicable to ensuring sufficient distance between the dining tables in the restaurant. Guests can make prior reservations to indulge in the Sadhya Brunch & evening sadhya on 22nd August (Sunday) and 20th – 21st August respectively. Sunday Brunch is priced at INR 2400 plus taxes per person and evening sadhya will be served at INR 1299 plus taxes per person.
