-Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded/exchanged even in case of force majeure.

--This is a single-entry show.

-Patron is entering the venue on their own responsibility. 

-Please keep your tickets and wristbands on you at all times.

-Once you exit the show area, you will not be permitted to enter again.

-A government-issued, valid photo ID may be requested at entry.

-Show details may change at the sole discretion of the organizer. All announcements will be on Paytm Insider social media pages, and on email/SMS/push to existing ticket holders.

-Children up to the age of 6 years can enter for free. Children above that age will require a ticket.

-Due to the live band performance event, all parents/guardians are requested to bring their kids at their own discretion.

-If you are under the age of 16, you will need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

-No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling of the event/force majure/bad weather conditions/rains etc. 

-Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders.

-Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.

-Venue rules apply.

-Beware of counterfeit tickets. There are no physical tickets of this show. 

-The organizer holds the free right to use any photographs, video, graphics or other media form captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the festival and shared on public platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Blogs for usage including but not limited to commercial, advertising and branding purposes in perpetuity.

-The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval required of the holder.

-AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED. You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage (recording), or store, record or transmit any information or other data in relation to the event. The organizers reserve the right to eject you from the venue for doing so.

-Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

-No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

-The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.

-No drug use allowed - consumption of narcotics is illegal and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the event will be handed over to police authorities.

-Ticket holders in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

-Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted in the venue.

-No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.

-Smoking permitted in designated areas only.

-The festival uses amplified sound. Hearing protection is advised.

-Strobe lights may trigger epileptic fits. Those with a history are advised to take precautions.

-By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.

-Duplicate tickets/bands will not be issued and patrons must take care of their bands throughout the show. torn or tampered bands may lead to removal of the patrons from the premises

-Personal belonging are the sole responsibility of the owners

-By booking tickets you agree to your data being used for promotions by the organizer.
