Steps of registration

1- Fill the google form, with your content for shortlisting.

2- Wait for us to notify you on WhatsApp about whether you are selected or not. (If not selected this time, please don't lose hope. You will definitely get a chance in the upcoming events.)

3- A nominal registration fee of Rs 150 has to be paid by the performer after getting selected and 100 Rs by the audience member, through Paytm, GPay or Phone Pe, (Paytm link will be given to you once you're selected) which is non-refundable or transferable in any circumstances

4- Take a screenshot of your payment and WhatsApp it to 9971212701 to confirm your slot.

5- Maximum performance time will be 5 minutes for poets and 10 mins for comedians and singers.

6- We reserve the right to change, add or subtract anything in the event /form/slot booking without any prior notice.

7- You retain ownership of your work, but you give 'The Art Street' permission to photograph or record your performance for display on their websites / social media / third-party partners, with attribution to you. (Should you wish to be excluded from being photographed or recorded, please inform any team member beforehand.)

8- Your performance will be recorded during the event and you can get your final edited video by paying an extra amount of Rs 300/-

9- Unauthorized audio recording and videography of the performers during an event is strictly prohibited. For this, we will be having our own team.

10- You agree to give us permission to put your video on our website, YouTube channel (If SELECTED FOR ONLINE PLATFORMS) or other associated partners websites and portals for our organization's promotion. You also give us the right to remove your video if we find the content ineligible at any point in time for any reason.

11-The Registration fee is non-refundable and your spot is non-transferable under any circumstances

12- Unedited/Raw footage will not be released or given to anyone at any cost.

13- We are not obliged to upload any video, no one can force or argue on it. If you want video you can have it after paying additional amount.

14- Only selected pictures and videos will be uploaded on our social media.

15- We can stop any performer if we find any issues with the content.
