- Camping Space: Upon arrival, attendees will be allocated a designated camp within the curated ground of the campsite. These spaces are typically set up in well-organized camping zones, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all campers. You will be accommodated in dome tents on a sharing basis.
- Breakfast: The C&B package comes with a complimentary breakfast & a welcome drink to give you that kick start of being in a music festival camp.
- Scenic Locations: The camping areas are strategically located to offer stunning views of the surrounding valleys, hills, and paddy fields. This allows campers to wake up to the serene beauty of the Dambuk Valley and enjoy a truly immersive experience.
- Basic Amenities: While the C&B facility encourages attendees to stay in tents, the camp organizers ensure availability of basic amenities such as both western & Indian clean and hygienic toilets, showers, and drinking water points, mobile charging facilities within or near the camping areas. We make sure the menstruating campers have access to dustbins to dispose of their sanitary wastes and newspapers to wrap. The toilets and wash basins will have required toiletries so that you need not carry along small sachets. Remember, we are a Zero Waste Camp?

Campsite is approximately 1 km far from the festival ground. It takes about 15-20 minutes of slow walking. If you bring your own vehicle you can take it also.
6.Unmarried couples allowed to stay at the campsite?
Yes, absolutely! We are a couple friendly campsites. But you should be above 21 years and carrying valid id proofs at the time of check-in. We also host LGBTQAI+ couples.
7.Is the campsite child friendly?
Yes, the campsite is child friendly but we recommend you not to bring along children less than 5 years old.
8.Can I get rice beer ?
Rice beer would be available at the campsite, all you need is pre-order in the morning at the registration desk
9.Can I get Vegetarian food ?
Yes, there are a lot of options available around the campsite and festival ground
10.How safe is it for female solo travelers or in groups?
It’s very very safe. In the northeast region, women have high powers in society and are treated quite respectfully. Arunachal Pradesh and the rest of northeast can be considered as the best states in India for solo women travelers. People have high freedom. The welcoming nature of the northeastern people makes a comfortable stay for the travelers of all genders.

2. Protected Area Permit: All foreigners traveling to Arunachal Pradesh require PAP or Protected Area Permit. This can either be acquired from All Indian Missions abroad or the All Foreigners Regional Registration Officers (FRRO) at Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata or from the Chief Immigration Officer, Chennai or the Home Ministry, Govt. of India or Home Commissioner, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar.
Campground Rules/Terms & Conditions:
1. Your decency shall be our pride: We request you to not get involved in any anti-social or unsolicited activities during the trip and at the campsite. The organizers reserve the right to withdraw all of your services in such cases with deep regrets.
2. We (Humans) are nothing in front of Nature: The organizers are in no way obligated / responsible for any refund arising out of any natural or man-made calamities which are beyond our control. Request you to book with the right expectations set.
3. Furnish documents at Check-in: Kindly carry valid ID proof and a payment receipt while on the trip. We appreciate mobile receipts, so does nature.
4. Accommodation: Tents are on a sharing basis, equipped with sleeping mats and bags. In case you need anything extra, please be patient with our team members.
5. Patience is solicited: Ours is a campsite and not a resort. We request you to please be patient with our team members in case you need them to help out with anything. They are catering to 100+ guests at the campsite and someone else might be needing their immediate attention as well.
6. Damages are chargeable: In case of any damages to the camp material, the guest will be liable to pay the price in full along with the cost of Rs 1,000/- as a logistics fee to the organizers. We know only 1 in a 100 turn out to be a nuisance and this condition is explicitly mentioned for them.
7. Respect & Love: Please be respectful of the local communities and their traditions. We are their guests and any disrespect shown towards them is unacceptable. People are usually sweet and kind in Dambuk, and we are confident you will make good friends with the locals. Always remember, you get what you give.
8. Ignore at your own risk: Please read all the information carefully. You can also call / mail us to understand all the terms and conditions.
9. Tourism infrastructure: The tourism infrastructure in the mentioned destinations is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations. The roads to camp could be slightly muddy and we recommend that you carry the right clothing and shoes for this wonderful adventurous experience. If these experiences are not your kind, then you might be coming to the wrong place.
10. Rare occurrences: Management has the right to alter the itinerary, and further holds all rights to cancel trips in case of unavoidable circumstances.
11. Transportation: In case you need a more comfortable vehicle for transfer you can connect with our team and they will help you get a private vehicle with a driver to chauffeur you for an added cost, we can arrange bus also till Pasighat.
