Participants would receive a certificate of participation on completion of this course on 'Organizational Development' offered by People First. They would need to complete two criteria:

1. Attend in full all 5 sessions or at least 4/5 sessions in full and catch up on the recording for the one session, if missed.

2. Submit a short assignment to express key learnings.
