A singing circle is a gathering of people to sing, play, and share songs together. Singing circles are devoid of religion, race, colour, gender, nationality, and sexuality.

Join us on April 6th for an evening of singing and chanting together. Swapnil will lead us into this divine state of Naad Yoga while nature lulls us back into a womb.

The vishuddha or throat chakra acts as the body's communication hub. It's where you find your voice, speak your truth, and sing praises—for yourself and others. This chakra is associated with speaking up and expressing yourself, but also with hearing and being heard.

We will spend the morning in the womb of the cave exploring its natural resonance. We will start my opening up our voices with simple Aa, Oo, Mm sounds . We will progress to a bee 🐝 hive singing creating a tapestry of voices .. and a song celebrating our beautiful Mother Earth.
