The DSSC Bhavan will be popping-up only for this 3-day festival and will bring to you 6 regional cuisines as part of The Thali Tradition.

On Saturday, November 2 at 8:30 PM, Chef Kainaz Contractor & Chef Rahul Dua will present the Parsi Thali.

About the Chef

Chef Kainaz & Chef Rahul are loved across the city for their authentic home-style Parsi food. Their restaurant, Rustom's Parsi Bhonu, is known for celebrating and dishing up nostalgia on a plate. Their menu champions forgotten recipes and features lesser-known Parsi delights.

The duo swayed the capital with the right balance of sweet, sour & spicy last year at The Thali Tradition and are back on popular demand for the phenomenal Parsi Thali! At the DSSC Bhavan, you will find wholesome meat preparations for the carnivores, eedu delights for egg lovers, and a focussed approach to vegetarian fare!
