- Each ticket allows entry to one human. Tickets are applicable to all humans above the age of 4 years.

- One Day Pass gives event access for one day only.

- Early Bird Pass and Buddy Pass gives event access for two days.

- For tickets that grant access for a period of two consecutive days, a single wristband will be issued to the ticket holder at the box office. This wristband must be retained and worn throughout both days of entry. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure the wristband remains secure and in good condition during the entire duration of their visit.

- Lost, damaged, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced, and the ticket holder will be denied entry on the second day.

- There are no tickets for pets.

- Age: Humans & pets of all ages are allowed.

- Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.

- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

- Transferability of Tickets: Tickets can be used by friends & family. They must carry the screenshot of the ticket or the confirmation SMS to gain entry to the event.

- Re-entry at the event is allowed for ticket holders on one day only i.e. the date for which the ticket has been purchased and only if the ticket holder is wearing the entry band provided by the organizers.

- We will not be able to allow entry to pets who are ill or have any chronic ailments. The health & safety of pets is of utmost importance to us and the environment of an event may not be suitable for a pet with such ailments.

- Please make sure that your pet is up-to-date with its vaccinations (including Kennel Cough & Canine Parvovirus and is free of ticks or fleas to ensure their safety and the safety of other pets.

- In case your pet is aggressive or not friendly with other humans or pets, please ensure that they are kept on a short leash (dog) or in a crate (cat) throughout the duration of the event.

- The management will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or any injuries caused due to the guest’s negligence.
