What is Life? What is it that we all are searching for? In our constant quest for a better, far improved, well rounded life, we often tend to miss the quintessential aspect of Life- Our Breath. The challenges posed by day to day tasks of our life leave us stressed and worried. An easy breathing technique of Yoga can help us release the stress. These breath control practices of Yoga are called ‘Pranayama’.
Pranayama is one of the most potent yet under used yogic practices for both managing anxiety and boosting immunity. When done correctly, it offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional health benefits. Learning to consciously manipulate your breath trains your nervous system to sync up with your immune system, hormonal system, and detox systems.
