Bhavya(@bhavyamandannayoga) is a Bangalore based yoga instructor and a functional trainer with 7 years experience. She teaches Hatha Yoga Ashtanga Yoga and Acro/Partner Yoga.

As a former National level athlete she has an in-depth understanding of the human anatomy and muscle groups. She is also a certified Stress Therapist and a Mental Wellness Coach.
