About the Event
Kiran Nadar Museum of Art & Embassy of Italy New Delhi presents- A talk around Leonardo’s Last Supper and its Echos in Indian art Ms. Roobina Karode, Director & Curator KNMA in conversation with Prof Arch Chiara Rostagno.
From the time Leonardo painted The Last Supper, it was clear that Art would change forever. This painting became the touchstone in the growth and erudition of artists around the world: the Renaissance. Leonardo's universal language, his experimental technique, and his ability to capture the motions of the soul are a living and richly stimulating heritage for our contemporary times as well.
