Thalis are a wonderful way to showcase the flavours of a particular cuisine. While South Indian thalis reign on native vegetables, lentils and coconuts; Gujarati on sweet and sour with a platter of farsans, the Rajasthani thali has spice, a certain tanginess and is rich in oil and ghee.

This special class will showcase how you can make the Rajasthani spread that is delicious, simple and healthy as we eliminate the oil, dairy and ghee.

Contribution: Rs. 800/- + 18% GST

In case you are unable to attend the live session, you may choose to receive the recording. This will be available to you as per your choice, on the day after the event or the nearest Friday/ Saturday/ or Sunday after the event for a limited time of 48 hours. You can register by clicking on the registration button and you will be guided to choose between the live and the recorded event. The price will remain exactly the same.
