TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1- The Rang Barse Holi event will take place on 14th of march at Upper Baliyatra Ground.

2- The event will start 10am onwards. Gate will be opened by 9:30am sharp.

3- All attendees must purchase the tickets prior to the event. 

4- Attendees must present a valid ticket (physical or e-ticket) to enter the venue. A valid photo ID may be required for verification.

5- The event organizers reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee without a valid ticket or those who fail to adhere to the venue's security or safety policies.

6- Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter until a suitable break in the performance, depending on the venue's policy.

7- Participants must be at least 16+ years to attend the event. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

8- Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once purchased. 

9- All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the event organizers. 

10- Only non-toxic, organic colors will be provided/allowed at the event. Participants are prohibited from bringing their own colored powders.

11- The event organizers will not be held responsible for any injury, skin irritation or allergic reactions caused by the use of colors. 

12- Any offensive, disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including loud or aggressive actions will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

13- Harassment or discrimination of any kind toward fellow attendees or performers is strictly prohibited.

14- In case of emergency, follow the instructions provided by venue staff. Emergency exits and evacuation routes will be marked.

15- All images and videos captured during the event are the property of the event organizers and may be used for marketing purposes.

16- In case of any damage of your personal belongings, including vehicles, the organizers doesn't stand liable. Keep everything at your own risk.
