Upon reaching 'RISHIKESH', one has to get to 'TAPOVAN' which is where the Laxman Jhula is situated. Crossing Tapovan police checkpoint, continue your journey on Badrinath Road for 15 min until you see a diversion on your left for 'NEER WATERFALL'. Being managed by the Uttarakhand Forest department one has to pay a sum of 30rs - Indian, 50rs - Foreigner to hike up the waterfall trail, 5 min drive will now bring you to the Neer waterfall parking area where you can start your hike till 'TRIBE AQUA'.

If travelling by your own vehicle, you can park your vehicle at the bottom of the waterfall. making sure there is enough space for other vehicles to pass and also away from the mountain walls to avoid damage from small pebbles running downhill.
