Sahana Bajpaie is a professional vocalist from Kolkata, West Bengal's capital. The Santiniketan-born singer-songwriter has become a household name in Tagore music, particularly among youthful listeners. Since 1998, she has been performing throughout India and Bangladesh. She wrote numerous hit songs for Arnob and sang backup vocals on his solo albums, including 'Chaina Bhabish' (2006), 'Hok Kolorob' (2007), 'Doob' (2008), and 'Khub Doob' (2009). (2015). She has grown to appreciate organic forms of music more than fusion as she has gotten older; she has never been a lover of technology-heavy, programmed music. She'd always believed that music should have a "live" quality to it.
