Sports Magnet is a sports division of RDG Global Ventures Private Limited. It has been created by a young and visionary team with a mission and vision to:

-Promote Sporting Culture and reach across the nation at school level.

-Emphasize the importance of mental and physical health among the school children.

-Identify talents in all Sports at the grassroots level in the nation.

-Imbibe the competitive spirit among the players by giving them a platform to compete against players across the nation.

-Produce International level players who win laurels for India at international levels.

We strongly feel that values such as team work, self-control, discipline, courage, confidence, perseverance, determination and a sense of belongingness can be instilled through sports.

We have designed a series of regional and national level sports activities in India for school children to bring the youth of the country to the 'MAIN SPORTS STREAMLINE' and stadia and other sporting facilities. 

To promote the sport of CHESS at school level in Uttar Pradesh and help identify potential Chess Prodigies, we are geared up to organize ‘SCHOOL CHESS QUEST (SCQ) – U.P. Edition. 

Anyone studying in the school of Uttar Pradesh can participate in SCQ. Any student or player who appeared for 12th or Intermediate Board in 2019 can also participate in this SCQ provided he or she is fulfilling the age criteria.

The main aim of the initiative (SCHOOL CHESS QUEST – U.P. Edition) is to develop CHESS program at urban and rural level and bring more youngsters out to play CHESS and further identify, recognize, motivate the selected Chess prodigies in different age groups. This will also help in the development of CHESS activities at the grassroots and school level and buttress the importance of mental and physical health among the school children.
