1. Les Bleus- A documentary about the French national team:
Les Bleus is a documentary named after the French national football team, “Les Bleus”. It covers the timeline from 1996 to 2016 and the endeavours of the team in the timespan. The successes at World Cup 1998 and Euros 2000 and the rebellion at the World Cup in South Africa or the loss to Italy in the World Cup 2006 after Zidane’s infamous head-butting of Materazzi, all add to the social matrix and the impact of all those events on the nation as a whole. The documentary has some famous interviewees in Arsene Wenger, Robert Pires, Francois Hollande and Eric Cantona.

2. Derby Days- A documentary series exploring the greatest rivalries:
Eli Mengen, Copa 90 presenter embarks on a journey to explore the history and stigma behind some of the fiercest football rivalries like the El Clasico, the North London Derby and the Derby di Milano. Every episode begins with a prelude to the “Derby” followed by interviews of die-hard fanatics of both sides and some popular personalities. The series effectively captures the emotion behind the rivalries and their impacts.

3. Stat Wars- A fun footy trivia show:
YouTube channel Euro Football Daily brings you a light-hearted football trivia based show where two competitors battle it out to test their knowledge. The show is broken down into 3 rounds- Basic Trivia (random questions from fan submissions to curated ones are asked to the participants), Hot Potato (two timers of 30 seconds each are given to each participant where they have to answer the question before the timer on their clock runs out), Who Am I? (three questions are asked pertaining to a footballer’s identity which the participants have to guess correctly).

YouTube channel Football Daily runs this show where they pick winners and losers form the weekend matches and talk in-depth about the game while presenting statistics from the game and their commentary on what they felt went wrong and how the teams can overcome those shortcomings.
