Event Terms & Conditions

•⁠ The ⁠gates open at 4.30 PM and session starts at 5 PM

•⁠ ⁠Seats are on a first come first serve basis.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Please carry a valid ID proof to the event.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Tickets once purchased/booked cannot be modified or canceled even in case of any rescheduling. Refunds will be initiated only in case of event cancellation.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Hence, we recommend reaching the venue on/before the event starts to ensure smooth entry

•⁠ ⁠⁠Children of ages 3 and above are welcome and are required to have a ticket for entry to the event.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Kids are allowed entry with a parent and not a guardian. Alcohol will not be served to any guest below the age stipulated by law.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management

•⁠ ⁠⁠Organizers or any of its agents, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses, or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.

•⁠ ⁠⁠People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry

•⁠ ⁠⁠Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used offensively or dangerously, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited

•⁠ ⁠⁠Professional cameras and other recording instruments other than phones are not permitted

•⁠ ⁠⁠The holder of this ticket at this moment grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of the holder’s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity, and promotion relating hereto.

•⁠ ⁠⁠No outside food and beverages will be allowed.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Every venue has its own rules and regulations. They hold the right to deny entry based on the same. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests; Soul Ventures encourages guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees, audience,and members at the entry point for security reasons. In case anyone is found violating the rules, will be asked to vacate or denied entry into the event despite holding a valid ticket without any refund.

•⁠ ⁠⁠The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.

•⁠ ⁠⁠These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer
