Terms and Conditions for SpaceVerse

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. Nexus Seawoods Mall, managed by Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to amend, modify, or interpret these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Decisions made by the mall management are final and binding.

Agreement to Terms:

By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to abide by all event rules and terms set forth herein, as well as any amendments made by Nexus Seawoods Mall.

Ticket Entitlements:

Each ticket grants entry for one child accompanied by one adult. Your ticket T&Cs cover the inclusions for the selected pass category. Separate tickets may be required for additional activities such as workshops, VR experiences, and photo booths.

Entry Requirements:

Visitors must present valid ID proof along with their ticket at the entrance. Entry is subject to verification, and Nexus Seawoods Mall reserves the right to deny entry without explanation.

Entry Pass and Re-Entry:

Entry pass issued at the entrance must be possessed throughout the event. Re-entry is not permitted.

Age Restrictions:

The event is designed for children aged 3 years and above. Children below 3 years of age will not be permitted entry.

Workshops and Supervision:

Workshops and interactive activities are exclusively for participating children, with one parent/guardian permitted to accompany each child. While event staff will provide assistance, parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Nexus Seawoods Mall is not liable for any incidents involving unsupervised children.

Sensory Advisory:

SpaceVerse may feature loud sounds, flashing lights, immersive VR elements, and simulated space experiences that may not be suitable for all children. Visitors are advised to consider this before purchasing tickets. Nexus Seawoods Mall will not be responsible for adverse reactions.

Interactive Installations Rules:

Touching, damaging, or mishandling any interactive installations, VR equipment, or event setups is strictly prohibited.

Food and Beverage Policy:

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the event area.

Lost Items:

Nexus Seawoods Mall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Visitors are advised to safeguard their valuables.

Compliance with Rules:

Visitors must follow all instructions provided by Nexus Seawoods Mall staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

Event Modifications:

Nexus Seawoods Mall reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event or its activities due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice or liability.

Code of Conduct:

Disruptive behavior, harassment, or non-compliance with event rules will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Visitors are expected to act responsibly and respectfully at all times.

Liability Disclaimer:

Nexus Seawoods Mall and Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Final Authority:

All decisions by Nexus Seawoods Mall regarding the event, including interpretation and modification of these Terms and Conditions, are final and binding.
