Is my blind date a verified person?
Only good profile people turn up to the events. Dear Zindagi check & approve their event participation. Also, each participant has to sign a disclaimer form with genuinity clause before starting the event. However, if you wish, you may do a thorough background check anytime at your own level through your own channels & at your own expenditure.
How long can one talk to someone?
2 hours event duration, so 30-40 minutes with each.
What should I talk to my blind dates?
Anything funny, elegant & sober you feel like.
What should I not talk to my blind dates?
Anything offensive, illicit, derogatory, abusive, lewd, inappropriate, etc. Also, it is not a marriage match-making platform so avoid marriage talks because your blind dates may find that offensive & inappropriate.
Should I give my personal details (contact, address, etc) to my dates?
You may or may not, it totally depends on you.
Do I necessarily need to choose any one of my blind dates after the event?

Dear Zindagi never share your personal details & your event participation details with any third party so your data is safe with them.
When & how can I get the feedback after the event?
Next day by evening, through mail or WhatsApp.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Once booked, ticket can't be cancelled. It's non-refundable & non-transferable as well. However, you may be given another event date free of charge.

What if the organizer postpones/cancels any event?
If they postpone/cancel any event due to some unavoidable reasons, then either you can take next event date or you can ask for refund without any extra compensation. Refund takes generally 4-5 days through the online ticketing partner. Ticketing partner may deduct a small service charge/commission during refund.
Will our names be displayed at the venue?
Not at all. Never. Everything is codified. Dear Zindagi appreciate and respect your privacy.
Are photographs taken during the event? How’s the privacy then?
Before starting the event, they only take a shot from a long distance so that proper faces are never seen (unclear or hazy face impossible to recognize), it only depicts people are sitting in a large hall. They never take facial pics but only take his & her hands pics holding/showing their individual code nos. at their table. Honestly saying, they need these pics just for their chronicles, social media & blog pages, etc for record, awareness & branding purpose & nothing else.

As they are committed to maintaining a good gender ratio for everyone's convenience , comfort & better experience, organizers reserve all rights to admit or not to admit anyone for the event. Limited seats & first come first served basis for this kind of age group match based planned event hence organizers reserve all rights to cancel any booking with or without any reason. Refund takes generally 4-5 days by the online ticketing partner. Ticketing partner may deduct a small service charge/commission during refund. When you are booking, you agree to these T&C.
