03:00 pm - Meet at Asangaon railway station and begin travel to the base by local jeeps.

04:00 pm - Reach Stargazing camping site Dehne base village.

05:00 pm - Have a cup of tea and relax at the campsite and later pitch your tents.

06:00 pm - Watch the relishing sunset.

07:00 pm - Orientation to the night skies.

07:30 pm - Constellation session.

08:30 pm - Telescope viewing.

09:30 pm - Take a dinner break.

10:30 pm - Casual cosmic conversations, telescope viewing, guidance for astrophotography.

Day Two

01:00 am - Tea break.

02:00 am - Question Answer session.

04:45 am - Session restarts.

Morning session - Dawn sky observation, Naked sky observation, Telescopic observation.

06:00 am - Session ends.

06:30 am - Have tea and snacks

10:00 am - Check-out camps and prepare to leave for Asangaon.

11:00 am - Reach at Asangaon and disperse.

Important Notes

In case of the Cloudy Sky, Event will not be cancelled and will continue with Campfire Activities and Information session.

Observation depends on subject to availability of object & weather condition.

No refund on cancellation & postponed of shows due to BAD Cloudy /Rainy Climate.

Those who are coming by their own vehicle, please follow all covid-19 safety guideline and reach at base village on time.

Due to above issue, if you come late or unable to come, will not provide any refund.

People may board the same train from their respective stations of convenience.

Missing the train is missing Stargazing and Camping at Dehne, no refund will be provided.

Male and female separate stay

Only Indian washrooms are available

Tents will be on a triple-sharing basis. Male and Female Separate Stay

For double sharing tent 200 rs extra will be charged.
