Suryanamaskar - "The king of Yoga" is a powerful Yoga technique that combines the twelve asanas, breath and mantras, in steps of the sequence that provides a good cardiovascular workout which will keep the body in shape & the mind calm and healthy.

The classes are live online on Google Meet and hence would require laptop/mobile with camera and good internet speed. We have small batch sizes to give personal attention to everyone.

The workshop consists of 5 classes, each for 1 hour. Days and Timings are as follows:
