bFLAT presents two very talented women in Jazz.

Susha is a musician and visual artist. She was introduced to music by her mother and grandmother, and trained with some of the best South Indian classical performing Gurus & musicians, before going to Toronto to study Masters in Jazz Performance, at the University of Toronto. She will be performing carefully curated Jazz standards along with some of her Jazz originals.

Early set will be performed by Kirtana Krishna. Kirtana Krishna pursues her passion for music as a songwriter, vocalist and guitar player. She hails from Bangalore, India but is based out of Pondicherry and has studied music at the Swarnabhoomi Academy Music (2013).  

For her set, Kirtana will perform a few American and Brazilian standards, arranged for solo guitar and voice, as well as showcase a couple of her original tunes from her upcoming EP Dual Nature, recorded with her band, Sage for the Ages.
