Facilitator Bio:

Nirupama Venkatesan is a Certified Voice Teacher, Independent Vocalist, and Voice-Over Artist with a deep foundation in Indian classical music.

She began her training in Carnatic music under the Late Vidwan OV Subramaniam and later explored Hindustani Classical Music, first learning Dhrupad with the Gundecha Brothers, and now studying Khayal in the Jaipur-Atrauli Gharana under Rutuja Lad.

A graduate of the New York Vocal Coaching program, Nirupama merges her technical expertise with creative artistry, leading workshops for actors, established musicians, and vocalists alike. She has collaborated with various artists across genres, bringing her unique approach to vocal performance and pedagogy. Nirupama’s voice has been featured in brand campaigns for HDFC and Bajaj Allianz.

Through her initiative, All About Voice, she promotes vocal wellness and development, blending classical techniques with modern voice practices. Nirupama’s work celebrates the transformative power of voice, helping individuals connect with their authentic sound and unlock their vocal potential.
