About the Event

The (scam) winters in Mumbai are almost over and you’re dreading the sun, but we’ve got something that’ll take your mind off that; yes, Mom Chef’s famous Fried Chicken Drumsticks. Along with that she’s also making the home favourite – Adraki Mutton and White Chicken Biryani. You must ideally keep your bed ready back home because this one spells #bohrifoodcoma


P.S. If you have any vegetarian friends, don’t ignore them. Mom Chef makes amazing Bohri vegetarian food too.

Kharaas (Savoury Dishes)
Smoked Mutton Kheema Samosas – The TBK Signature - Crunchy patti samosas stuffed with smoked minced kheema, coriander & spring onions.
Fried Chicken Legs – It’s Leg day at The Bohri Kitchen. Chicken drumsticks, marinated, dipped in egg and fried.
Raan in Kaju Masala – 1-1.5 kg worth of leg of the lamb marinated for 48 hours in rich cashew nut masalas and fresh cream. Cooked for over 3 hours on high pressure.
Garnished with boiled egg and coriander.
Meethas (Sweet Dish)
Surprise Sweet Dish – Who doesn’t like surprises?
Malai Khaja – Bohri puff pastry stuffed with fresh malai.
Jaman (Main Course)
Adraki Mutton – A simple homemade mutton dish finished with a hint of ginger.
Incredibly Dum White Chicken Biryani – The traditional Bohri biryani cooked in a layered format with flavourful pieces of chicken, Afghani masalas and surprises in the form of small potatoes.
