1. Persons who have completed 21 years are only allowed. Entry will not be permitted in the absence of valid original photo ID

2. No refund will be issued in the event that you have been evicted from event or refused entry to the event as a result of your

contravention of any terms and conditions

3. The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controllers, dangerous and

illegal substances and recording devices, if found refuse of admission or evict will take place.

4. Consumption and possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics at the event will be

handed over to anti- narcotics police.

5. The venue reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse supply of liquor/food and evict any person(s) whose conduct is

disorderly or in appropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the event by others.

6. Organizers or any of the staff or the associates will not be responsible for theft, injury, damage, losses or cost suffered or as a result of the

event or any part of it.

7. Alcohol will be served as per Legal Drinking Age on December 31st, 2023 8PM as per Govt. timings and will be served strictly to person’s age 21 years and above.

8. Any damages caused by a guest to the venue, ambience, equipments or anything else will be compensated by the guest

9. Guests are requested to follow all safety protocols at all times.

10.Price mentioned for the New Year's Eve ticket is per person and is non-transferable.
