About the Event

This particular dish is making a comeback after a very long time. The dabba gosht has a very interesting story behind its name and with Mom Chef’s secret hacks to make this one, you will barely be able to stop yourself. Along with this she’s making the well-famed Mutton Seekh Biryani, Shammi Kebabs and A LOT MORE!

Kharaas (Savoury Dishes)
Smoked Mutton Kheema Samosas – The TBK Signature - Crunchy patti samosas stuffed with smoked minced kheema, coriander & spring onions.
Chicken Shammi Kebabs – The traditional kebabs made with minced meat and daal. Mom Chef uses a special one to make these softer!
Raan in Red Masala – 1-1.5 kg worth of leg of the lamb marinated for 48 hours in rich cashew nut masalas and fresh cream. Cooked for over 3 hours on high pressure.
Garnished with boiled egg and coriander.
