Chef Gresham masterfully deconstructs familiar flavors, juxtaposing the traditional and the avant-garde to expose the inherent dualities within each ingredient. Chef Profile: Gresham Fernandes 

With Bandra Born, Chef Gresham Fernandes returned to his roots, but loaded with culinary achievements. He’s worked his way up the Indian culinary scene to become one of India’s brightest chefs. 1n 2013, a residency at Noma in Copenhagen gave him the idea to combine his East Indian catholic cooking origins with global influences. He knows how to keep patrons coming back for more having previously run the famous Salt Water Cafe, in the same place. 

Artist Profile: Elsewhere in India  

Using tools like game engines, motion capture, and AI, Elsewhere In India craft vivid realms where cultural legacy meets futuristic scenarios. A mix of music, simulation and installations created by music director Murthovic (MSR Murthy) and media artist + creative director Thiruda (Avinash Kumar), represent the new wave of Contemporary Asian art reversing the narrative of colonisation that views eastern creative projects as inferior or lacking.
