Hilton Chennai invites patrons to celebrate India’s 75th Independence Day in an upscale environment with iconic experiences in the heart of Chennai.

To commemorate the occasion, the hotel invites guests to experience its hospitality from the heart with an array of inviting and enticing culinary offerings and an exclusive carnival theme.

Keeping the spirit of patriotism in mind, the hotel’s initiative to make this Independence Day weekend exceptionally enjoyable for discerning guests. Our head chef, Mothi Krishnan along with his culinary masters, will present an exclusive brunch buffet on 15 August 2021 to showcase the diversity of India and its people at its award-wining global cuisine restaurant, Vasco's. The service team will organize a symbolic carnival theme and fun-filled activities for patrons in the outdoor cabanas next to Vasco's.

For brunch, patrons may indulge in an exquisite Indian, Asian and Western buffet line offering 75 exquisite dishes. Some of the notable dishes available amidst the buffet are Tricolor Marzipan with Almond, Jai Hind Macaron, Saffron Rava Kesari Halwa Mousse with Pista Dacquoise, Saffron Malai Sandwich, Kiwi Orange Vanilla Pot Pannacotta, Ashoka Chakra Chocolate Tart, etc.

The carnival theme brunch buffet is available from 12:30 pm to 03:30 pm and it is priced at INR 2,400 plus taxes per person.

The hotel is strictly following covid guidelines in line with Hilton CleanStay procedures that are also applicable to ensuring sufficient distance between the dining tables in the restaurant.
