Let’s break free on an organic farm!

So what’s in store?

We all meet up at Andheri West at 6 am and head towards an organic farm (about 2.5 hours away from the city).

On arrival, watch a green smoothie demo and relish two types of smoothies with some delicious fruits.

We continue with trekking/exploring Nature. (Lemon water and fruits will be available through out). Then comes community cooking! Yes we all together will make two salads with dips, chaas, raita, millet pulao, chole and millet payasam under our expert guidance of course!

This will be followed with meditation and a silent meal followed with some quiet time in nature.

Then we are back to childhood with games and dance. We end by preparing our own chaat and herbal tea and depart by 6 pm.

This is ideal for those who want to break free their inhibitions, depression, addictions etc and also for those who wish to reconnect with Nature.

Important note: No mobiles/Gadgets allowed. 10yrs and above only. Get ready to get wet.
