This exhibition cum residency is a telling of the Manchaha story- of the creation of a new wave of artists from rural India who are weaving their aspirations, experiences, and dreams into handmade carpets. Manchaha are woven wonders where creativity thrives using industry wastes. Shaping to be a cultural movement connecting rural India to the world. A poetic narration of the everyday lives and emotions of its makers.

 In a world of increasing mindlessness, over consumption and imitation; the carpets of Manchaha shine a light on absolute, elevating the perspective and prospects of both the weaver and their works of art, treading softly on earth, and imploring the same of you.
