About the Event
NaneGhat is located Near Murbad.Naneghat is a pass which once in history, enjoyed prime importance.Serving as a trade route for the transport between markets of Kalyan, Nalasopara (Konkan) and Junnar (Plateau) since the times of Satvahanas.
There is a big stone cut “Pot” meant for collection of the toll from the traders. There are many rock cut water cisterns along the pass. The entire path of the Nane Ghat has stone pavement from top of the hill to the bottom. The inscriptions are preserved by the Archaeological Survey of India. Very beautiful temple of lord Ganesha in cave is found here.

Sat Night
11:30 pm: Meeting point Kalyan.Move Towards Naneghat.
02:30 am: Reach Base Village.
05:00 am: Start Trek.
07:30 am:Reach Naneghat Caves.Have a Breakfast
08:30 am: Start Jivdhan Fort.
09:30 am: Reach Top.
11:00 am: Start Desending Trek
01:00 pm: Have a Lunch
02:00 pm: start Desending base Trek.
05:00 pm: Start Return journey towards Mumbai.
07:30 pm: Reach Kalyan.
