About the Event
The Bright Side Foundation turns 3 on 23rd November 2023, marking the beginning of building mentally healthier communities. Since then Bright Side has reached out to more than 6000 lives through various projects. #TeamBrightSide celebrates this remarkable journey with the annual mental health festival Udaan.
UDAAN focuses on creating better awareness through events, performances, and reflections that aim to create a positive dialogue around mental health. The festival is open to people from all walks of life. In 2022, UDAAN held a space for 1000+ people who expressed themselves through poetry, art, music, dance, and storytelling. The idea is to indulge in conversations about mental health in an interesting yet fun approach.
This year's UDAAN is coming back stronger and brighter! We will be having exciting events, games, and activities that revolve around the theme of mental well-being. The evening will end with mesmerizing performances along with food and beverages.
