About the Event
Uday Waldorf Carnival ‘2024 is the 6th edition of the fun fair organised by the Uday Waldorf Inspired School’s parents, teachers and children every year to display the lovely world of Waldorf and to share with all the Jaipur children the kindness and love they experience as members of the Uday Waldorf community.
This year, it is aimed towards an audience of about 1500 parents and kids. Based on the idea of inclusivity, it welcomes kids and their parents to come and see a different approach to education and living.
Key Highlights:

2. Performance, Food stall, Workshops and Games by Uday kids.
3. Handmade Toys by Uday Parents
4. Healthy and Scrumptious Food
5. Adventure Activities like ziplining and wall climbing
6. Traditional activities like grinding, pottery, chakki, spinning, weaving, Toran, and wet-on-wet painting.
7. Lots of interesting workshops for all age groups, such as puppetry, creative arts, lanterns, mask making, and painting, and also many meaningful workshops for children above 8 years old.
8. Kythera Music Jam Session from 5 PM onwards.
About the Organizers:
Uday Waldorf Inspired School
Uday Waldorf-inspired School offers an experiential and holistic learning environment. Waldorf aims to prepare children for life, for the unseen by helping them understand themselves and others in the education process.
Moving away from rote learning, Uday believes in fostering imagination and creativity and provides a joyful learning environment, where each child’s dignity is respected and their uniqueness celebrated.
Uday promotes collaboration and taps into the inner motivation every human has of the inner JOY OF LEARNING rather than an external reason to learn. Being a 100-YEAR-OLD, time-tested pedagogy, the experience and research suggest that self-motivated learners learn much deeper with much less effort.
Uday currently offers programs for 2 to 13-year-olds and is growing by one class each year. It's growing steadily and is coming with its third branch for middle and high school (Cambridge Board) in Jagatpura.

1. The Carnival is open to all . The organizing committee reserves the right to admission.
2. You need to register to enter the carnival. Entry tickets are compulsory for all who enter the carnival. Children under two are free to enter. The entry fee is Rs. 60/person.
3. The last date for paid workshop registration online is 21st Dec 2024. Post that only on-spot registrations only. We have very limited seats for each workshop to offer a better experience so booking it in advance is advised to avoid last-moment disappointments.
4. We have Adventure activities like Zipling, Rappeling and wall climbing. Please dress children appropriately for these.
5. Entry registration only ensures your entry to the carnival. For participating in various activities and paid workshops you need to buy separate tickets. Tickets once bought are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. We request you kindly gather at the respective workshop point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. LAte entries would not be permitted.
7. Each workshop is age-specific. Please check the eligible age for each workshop before registering.
8. Each parent is responsible for their child at all times and keeping child safety in mind no child under 18 would be allowed to enter without a caretaker/ adult accompanying them.
9. The event is made keeping sustainability in mind. We request you carry your water bottles to avoid paper cup wastage.
10. All Activities and workshops end by 5 PM, post that there will be a Music JAM Session by Kythera.
