It will be an all inclusive package consisting four course set menu with a bottle of sparkling Wine per couple.

1. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

2. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment

3. We recommend that you arrive at-least 15 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry 

4. Outside consumables are strictly prohibited.

5. Please do not purchase tickets if you feel sick

6. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

7. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer

8. Rights of admission are reserved with the organizers.

9. The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

10. Re-Entry would not be allowed once inside the venue.

11. Consumption of any banned or illegal substance is strictly prohibited.

12. Smoking will be permitted only at the smoking zones in the venue.

13. Organizers are not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

14. Organizers reserve the right to frisk the individual at entry.

15. Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.

16. No pets will be allowed in the venue.

17. Few liquor brands might change but the range of liquor brands will be the same.

18. Passes once purchased cannot be exchanged or refunded.

19. The organizers stand the right to deny entry if suspicion arises about the authenticity of the pass / E-tickets.

20. Please keep your ticket with you at all times.

21. A government-issued, valid photo ID may be requested at entry.

22. Ticket holders in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

23. The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.

24. The end timing of the event will be as per the final government notice and regulations.

25. No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.

26. Beware of counterfeit tickets.

27. Show details may change at the sole discretion of the organizer.

29. Any dispute to be resolved in Mumbai Jurisdiction.

30. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the venue for pass redemption.
