Join the Pull Ups Challenge! If you’re 18 or older, you’re eligible to participate. Registration is open now and will close on Dec 31, 2024.

The challenge? Complete 12 continuous pull-ups within a maximum time limit of 60 seconds, without any assistance. Remember to warm up appropriately before starting your workout.

Record your performance in a video (maximum 60 seconds) and post it on your Instagram. Don’t forget to tag us at @virtualpro_fit to submit your entry.

All participants who register and successfully complete the challenge will receive a Virtual Pro Fitness t-shirt.

The first 100 registrants and completing the challenge will be entered into our lucky draw for the grand prize - a one-year membership at Cult Fit!

The lucky draw winner will be announced on Jan 10, 2025, and the results will be posted on our website: Virtual Pro Fitness - https://sites.google.com/view/virtualpro-fit/rewards

Once the event concludes, we at Virtual Pro Fitness will notify all participants about the winner.

Please note that Virtual Pro Fitness reserves the right to cancel the lucky draw in the event of insufficient participation or any other circumstances that might necessitate postponement or cancellation. All participants will be notified in such a case.

We aim to conduct the lucky draw with utmost fairness, and our decision on the winner will be final.
