Wayanad, in northeast Kerala, is a unique plateau region with the Kabini River originating there. It offers misty mountains, lush forests, pristine rivers, and stunning waterfalls, making it a preferred hill station in South India. Known for wildlife parks and unspoiled nature, it`s an ideal destination for trekking to mountain-top lakes, exploring caves, bamboo rafting, and cycling along scenic roads. Wayanad boasts tea estates, mesmerizing mountains, breathtaking viewpoints, and incredible waterfalls. It has it all for nature enthusiasts
Day 0
●Depart from Bangalore at 9:30 PM
Day 1
● Arrive at a charming homestay nestled within a lush forest.
● Refresh and savor a hearty breakfast.
● Embark on a journey to a picturesque waterfall where pristine white waters cascade through the forest.
● Enjoy a short walk to the waterfall`s base.
● Take a refreshing dip beneath the mountain-fed waterfall.
Lunch Break
Please note – Weekends can be busy, with limited restaurant options. We kindly request your cooperation in following the food stops recommended by our experienced trek leaders to ensure our itinerary remains on track.
● Explore the renowned 900 Kandi Glass Bridge.
● Experience the glass bridge with an exhilarating off-road jeep ride.
● Discover South India`s exclusive Glass Bridge, offering panoramic views and an array of adventurous activities.
● Return to the homestay.
●Unwind with a cozy campfire, enjoying a view of the dam and stargazing.
● Take part in the campfire activities, including singing, dancing, and showcasing your talents.
● Relish a delectable local cuisine dinner and bid farewell to the day.
Day 2
● Begin your day with a wake-up call and freshen up.
● Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee along with breakfast.
● Head to the Wayanad Tea Museum for a sip of aromatic chai.
● Set out for Banasura Sagar Dam.
●Enjoy the scenic Beauty of the dam and take countless pictures.
●Start in Bangalore and have dinner on the way
●Reach Bangalore by late midnight (approx)

●Offbeat Jeep ride and entry charges to Glass Bridge
● Any kind of Activity Charges(Zipline, boating, etc)
●Ziplining charges are not included

Note we will contact you. A day before the trip, we will create a WhatsApp group, add you to it, and share details such as precise pick-up times, location, and more. If there are any changes in pick-up locations, we will inform participants 10-12 hours before the trip begins.
Things To Carry
●Water Bottle – a life Savior(1/2 liters)
●Trekking shoes or hiking boots(helps you walk on different terrain with much ease)
●Backpack to carry all the items you need
●Munchies-dry fruits, chocolates, and energy bars
●Trekking pants or trousers(make sure you take comfortable ones)
●Cap or a hat (to look like cool dudes )
●Power Bank(Optional)
●Camera ( optional)
●Sunglasses ( optional)
●Extra cash for things that are not included in the list
●Raincoat( if in case it rains)
●Personal medicine if required
●Any one soft copy of GOVT ID proofs - Will be checked at the entrance by the Govt officers
●Flashlight/Torch with extra batteries Mandatory
Age Limit: 10 years and above.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
If we cancel the event, we offer a full refund to all the participants
An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry
We have designated pick-up and drop points, make your own arrangements of transport to the desired pick-up point accordingly.
No alcohol or drugs during the trip.
No Luxury. We assure awesome memories every trip, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation.
The itinerary is fixed. No special requests to change itinerary/schedule are permitted
Absolutely No littering during our travels. We swear to protect our environment.
Co-operate with the organizer(s) in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure travelers won’t miss out on the real fun part – that is traveling.
Every traveler is responsible for his/her own safety while traveling with Adventure Buddha. Don’t indulge in any illegal or silly activity that causes harm to you or your fellow travelers.
Unexpected situations: It may happen we do not cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary because of unpredictable reasons like bad weather, wild animal presence, abrupt blocking of sites by the police/forest department, delay in travel because of an issue with our group itself, traffic conditions, etc. In most cases, if time permits, the organizer(s) will take travelers to an alternative place. But in some cases, we may have to skip a place altogether. No Refund will be applicable for any of the above scenarios.
Travelers are expected to respect each other and help each other. Avoid discussing sensitive matters like sex, politics, and religion/caste/race.
Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow travelers/organizer(s), and/or being involved in physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by the Adventure Buddha team.
The average level of fitness is required to participate in the trek. We will not be responsible if any participant is unable to get to the summit due to their own limitations.
Baggage and personal effects are at your risk throughout the trip. You are solely responsible for your personal belongings while on the trip. Adventure Buddha is not responsible for the loss of baggage, goods, air tickets, passports, cash, traveler’s cheques, or any other travel document or item owned by you while on tour, whatever the cause.
This trip involves basic facilities in terms of food, travel, and stay without any luxury, whatsoever.
This is a group trip with a shared model. It may not suit everyone – especially for those expecting privacy and comfort. It best suits people who wish to socialize
Homestay with cots with beds/Floor mattresses(sharing basis, separate for boys & girls), clean washrooms
Tempo Traveller or Mini Bus (with push-back seats).
Note: This trip involves an overnight journey on a push-back Seater (Not sleeper or semis-sleeper).
Seats are allotted on a first come first serve basis to the pickup point
