Learn the subtle art of relief sculpture at Sanskriti Kala Kendra with an experienced sculptor. Relief sculpture, quite simply, is made on flat surfaces which distinguishes them from other subtractive sculptures.

This workshop is open to anyone above 12 years. It addresses the fundamentals of the sculpture and is excellent for participants looking to improve their manual skills. It is just as useful for advanced students looking to refine their sculpting skills.

Relief technique provides a gentle introduction into working sculpturally because it has depth but is designed to be viewed from one direction only. Through a hands-on approach you will easily learn how to “see” and “build” your own material piece of work on PoP tiles.
