What not to do at a Barathon
Food
Time Out is back with a series of exciting, beer-spilling Barathons, all with the sole objective of getting you happy high as quickly as possible (and to finish the race, of course). Participants can enjoy 7 beers at 7 different bars, and to make sure you make the most of it, here's what you should not do.

Don't drink too much, too quickly
Six in half an hour? Not a good idea. Those who refuse to pace themselves are usually found drooling on the counter. Plus too much ale in a short time can leave you with no space to drink further (can’t win the Barathon if you have no appetite).
Don't hug strangers
If they don’t know you, then they don’t want anything to do with you. Being tipsy can make you friendlier than usual, leading to some awkward moments. Avoid this at all costs.
Don't sing in your taxi
Your Uber driver also rates you. A negative rating can make the cab-hailing process difficult in the future and earns you ‘buri duaaein’ from the driver. So make sure you behave yourself, because nobody cares how well you sing “Chamma Chamma.”
Don't eat too much
If you want to ‘dine’, then eat an hour before drinking and only snack during your drinks. When too much food is mixed with too much liquor in your stomach, you only get puke, shame and embarrassment, and no glory.
Don't throw up in the bar's bathroom
In case you ignore everything and reach here, just hit the street. No one wants to clean your mess (your vomit in the commode) after you are done and a little fresh air can do you good.
