This workshop aims to help you discover the self through the body and the mind, and teach you to communicate a text with your body’s creative presence. Through this experience, participants would explore their own process of physical action to inner thought of a character. 

About the facilitator:

Barnali Medhi, a graduate in Acting from NSD, is a master in body movement and free dance styles. She has worked as an actor-teacher with TIE (NSD) from 2006-2013 and is a visiting faculty at colleges in Delhi and Tripura. She has been a part of various Indian and international theatre festivals, and has also appeared in several TV shows and films.
