Workshop facilitated by Shruti Mathew Koshy, Founder of The Yoga Tribe. A Lifestyle coach and Dancer a designer of body and mind with passion to share and grow together. A non judgmental energy circle to experience freedom is what she brings to her experiences.

Her time with kids is something she enjoys most and has experience of summer camps over the years; with a scientific approach to learning allowing each one to blossom through art movement and holistic creative curated activities. 

Fun learning has been her expertise over the 8 years of being a mentor and yogic therapist.
