Materials Provided:

• All necessary materials, including paper, pens, and instruction sheets, will be provided to you upon check-in.Feel free to bring any additional materials or tools that you may prefer to use, though it's not required.

Introduction to ZenTangle:

• Once everyone is settled, the workshop facilitator will provide an introduction to the principles and techniques of ZenTangle art.
• You'll learn about the mindfulness aspects of ZenTangle and how it can be a tool for relaxation and creative expression.

Guided Practice:

• Following the introduction, the facilitator will guide you through a series of exercises to help you get comfortable with the basic patterns and techniques.
• Feel free to ask questions and seek clarification throughout the guided practice session.

Exploration and Creation:

• After the guided practice, you'll have the opportunity to explore and create your own ZenTangle artworks.
• Experiment with different patterns, shapes, and compositions, allowing your creativity to flow freely.

Mindful Reflection:

• As you work on your ZenTangle pieces, take moments to pause and reflect mindfully on your experience.
