1) Tickets are non-transferable, non-returnable, and non-replaceable.

2) Right of admission reserved.

3) Only one ticket, one entry per person, is allowed. Re-entry on the same ticket is not allowed.

4) Ticket charges are Inclusive of GST.

5) No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, are allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue, and no refund will be made.

6) Fireflies by Zyzzyva will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused to you.

7) People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry. 

8) Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking zones.

9) Outside Liquor / food & beverages are not allowed inside.

10) The event will start from 8:00 pm.

11) Fireflies by Zyzzyva reserves the right to click photograph, videotape, or record visitors for promotional purposes.

12) Visitors are welcome to take personal photographs or videos for non-commercial purposes, as long as it does not disrupt the experience of others.
